SHARED FOUNDATION

SpiralOS.

Runtime architecture for continuity.

A shared architectural foundation for systems that need to preserve state, operate within explicit constraints, and remain governable as interaction extends over time.

ARCHITECTURAL COMMITMENTS

Continuity is designed in.

SpiralOS is not presented as a model. It is the architecture beneath FCL systems: the layer that organizes how intelligent participation recognizes state, respects constraints, remains governable, carries continuity, and interoperates with surrounding systems.

Recognition

A system must differentiate meaningful states before it can respond to them well.

Constraints

Boundaries belong in the architecture, not only in instructions surrounding a model.

Governance

Authority, escalation, and permissible action should remain explicit and inspectable.

Continuity

Important state should remain usable across extended work rather than disappearing when a conversation boundary is crossed.

Interoperability

Continuity should be able to participate across systems without erasing the rules of the domain it enters.

Applied architecture

Sage and AHI expose different consequences of the same foundation without being collapsed into the same product.
